This is a really neat 3 1/2" x 2 1/2" trinket box with a pressed glass sea-themed design. The lid of the box has the impression of a clam shell. Each of the feet are made in the image of an oldstyle dolphin. The kind you see on old maps and such. The heads of the dolphin are the actual feet, while the body and tail curl up the side of the box. The clamshell markings are repeated on the sides and bottom of the box. The box is in fine condition. There is a tiny nick on the inside edge of the lid rim; but otherwise the box is undamaged. A very unusual item for a sea-themed decor or for a box collector! This item ships separately to prevent breakage.
