Giovanni goldtone long stem rose pin or brooch, if you prefer.  Marked  c Giovanni on the back of one leaf.   The pin has mostly textured leaves and petals with a few polished accents.  This was first produced during the 1960's.  It was also sometimes sold in a gift box and marketed as the Christmas Rose along with a printed card with the story of the Christmas Rose on it.  A beautiful piece you must see to believe!  What a striking display it would make on a black dress or coat!

This pin is in excellent condition.  There is one tiny spot on the inside of the rose where the plating has come off; but that is the only flaw I can find.  The pin measures 4" long x 2" wide at the leaves.
